Irish Champagne Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 sugar cube
- Several dashes of Angostura bitter
- 4-5 oz chilled dry champagne
- 1 oz Irish whiskey
- Lemon
Preparation:
- Add the sugar to the bottom of a champagne flute;
- Soak the sugar cube with bitters;
- Add the Irish whiskey;
- Slowly top with champagne;
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
