Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients for large batch
  • 1 1/2 cup of bourbon
  • 2 apples chopped
  • 3 sugar cubes or 4.5 tsp simple syrup
  • 1 whole nutmeg probably preferred since we made quite a mess using nutmeg from the spice rack
  • 4 cinnamon sticks

Instructions
 

  • Grab a big ole mason jar or large pitcher,
  • Pour in all the ingredients, you crazy mad scientist,
  • Let it sit in your fridge for 2-4 days (drink bourbon to pass the time),
  • Pour it out, carefully, into an ice cold shot glass,
  • Knock it back quickly,
  • Chow down on some bourbon soaked apple slices.

Notes

Ingredients for 2 shots
  • 3 oz of your preferred bourbon
  • ½ apple chopped up
  • 1 tsp sugar or 1.5 tsp simple syrup (1 sugar cube)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
