Ready to create your own liquid indulgence? Here's a classic recipe to get you started. We also include two other variations in the notes below: a Hershey version that is served at their hotels, and a boozier version that uses Baileys.
1 ½ozVanilla flavored Vodka, or regular vodka if you prefer
½ozGodiva Chocolate Liqueur, (you can substitute with dark crème de cacao)
½ozWhite crème de cacao
Optional: Chocolate shavings & Chocolate syrup
Instructions
Drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup inside your martini glass.
Add the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake your heart out.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
If you're so inclined, before you pour anything into your martini glass, you can sprinkle cocoa powder on a plate and garnish the rim of your martini glass like you would rim a margarita glass with salt.
Notes
We're being honest here, there's a lot of ways you can prep these martinis, and we had a hard time choosing the best one. It really depends on your sweetness level and how much cream you want in your cocktail. We went with the one above because it was straight booze (FYI-Godiva Chocolate Liqueur doesn't have any dairy). Also, the chocolate syrup wasn't necessary, but we threw it in there because it looked nice and made the drink have a dessert feel. Hershey’s
